Article Title:Government to submit petrochemical bill

Rapporteur of Majlis (Parliament) Energy Commission, Seyed Emad Hosseini, has asked the government to submit the three refineries' bill to the parliament sooner.
Hosseini said that the government must bring the bill before the parliament as soon as possible so that the approval procedure is done quickly.
"According to the promise the president made in a joint meeting between the government and the parliament, the government is supposed to introduce a bill to the parliament about three refineries to be constructed." Hosseini told Fars news agency.
On the other hand, the matter was discussed with the Oil Minister, Kazem Vaziri-Hamaneh, who promised to send the bill to the parliament before the next year's budget is due to be presented.
Hosseini said that the bill is aimed at producing more petrol inside the country to avoid imports.
